November Updates

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on what is going on in the world of the Terracotta Army...

First and foremost we had our first ever live show at FUNKagenda in Crewe on October 31st. The show was rocking and the crowd were really into it, so a massive thanks to everyone who came down and supported us, we really appreciate it! For those of you that couldn't make it we have uploaded videos of Mercury Rising and Stealing Souls recorded live on the night to our youtube channel for you to check out...

We have also uploaded a Rolling Stones cover called "Gimme Shelter" (that we performed exclusively at the Halloween show) and also a new track called M.O.D. (that we recorded live on the same night) to our website and myspace music players.

On the subject of live show's our next one is Thursday 17th December at the famous Sugarmill in Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent. We are really honored to be gracing the same stage as legendary bands such as Muse, Coldplay and The Libertines. Tickets for the event are £4 each and you can get them from any of the band members. Transport is being provided from Coventry and Nantwich, so please get in touch if you require that.

For more info on the night you can check out the facebook event page:

Alex, Mick & Kev ventured to the capital on 7th November for an exclusive "Army" DJ set at Prologue in London. The venue was amazing and the crowd were really up for a big night so thanks to Harvey and Co for your support, we hope to be back their next year for a full live show!

You can download part of Alex & Mick's set as Novembers podcast at our website

Finally Mick and Alex were interviewed on The Cat Radio on Wednesday 11th October where they discussed how the band got together, where they see the band going and what there biggest influences and inspirations are when working in the studio. We hope to be able to upload the audio from the show to our website as soon as possible , so keep checking back for that...

That's everything for now, once again thanks to everyone who turned out at the Crewe gig and for those who couldn't make it, we hope you can get down to the Sugarmill date.

Cheers

The Army
